I'm 25 and live in LA. I've got approx 10 tickets in the last 9 years but nothing in the past few years. I was quoted at 137/month. On my car that i'm trading in, 98 honda civic, i was paying 114/month so not much a jump considering the cars.

thanks everyone, but i really still can't put the car under my mom's name... there are some issues that i don't want to go through with the family, but i can't say. i think i'm really screwed because i just found out that the governor of new jersey is supposedly going to raise the taxes!!! great timing for me, right? but maybe they'll give in because i'm a girl (YEAH RIGHT!!!!) i guess i just have to work my a$$ off and pay the monthly for both. the one good thing is my mom agreed to help me pay the monthly since she used up all my money in the past~!

can't wait til my baby arrives!
