I live in the desert so cars get really dusty and dirty here pretty quickly.
thats what always happens to me they draw penises on every window headlights and taillights its a bitch to get off but aleast thats all they do someone keyed my friends 04 beamer!

Something like that makes me want to consider installing cameras. The new Gs have both a harddrive and a rearview camera but unfortunately they cannot be used for this purpose. A mod worth considering is installing small cameras front & back and maybe also sides just under roof inside car and then record the images to a device triggered by say a shock sensor can become handy. No guarantee that you catch a license plate or what not, but at least you know who, what, how, when. Wide-angle camera lens can become expensive if day/night capability is needed, so cost might be a drawback but might pay for itself in some cases.

Didn't doa lot of research on them yet but here is one product that is offered:

Sorry to hear that. Same thing happened to my wife and daughter while shopping at Wal-mart. Someone t-boned my daughter's Camry. Wal-mart camera could not see anything. We had to also pay $500 deductible. We had to get a new fender.

Thats exactly like my car but on the left side. I guess I was a little lucky because it pops right out and left a crust like shape around it. It only noticeable under direct sun light so I left it unfix.

Those paint scratches don't even look that bad, especially if you have to pay the $500 ded. Since it's considered collision, your premium rate will be affected as well. Also highly doubtful that the insurance will take care of the dings and front bumper. Only whatever was damaged during the hit and run.
