Just stop at a Autozone or Discont Auto on the way to the girl friends to pick up some quick detailer and a microfiber.

Just take some windex and a paper towl or warm water...you dont need anything special to clean up bird poop.

EDIT: Also be sure to dab at it...don't just wipe away if there is a little peice of rock or sand in the bird poo it will scratch the paint. Wet it and dab at it.

^ i can't believe im telling someone how to clean bird **** off their car! LMFAO!!!

Yes, dabbing is key, no wiping, and you should be fine. Try and get some quick detailer or baking soda onto it asap to neutralize the acids though

Dude, you won't break it. Just carefully clean it at work; when you get home after the girlfriend's you can do it the right way.

If you can't get any water, just spit on it a whole bunch and wipe it off.
