I'm in the process of getting a JWT pop charger. Now I was wondering how will this affect, if at all, the infiniti warranty?

Yes, this has been covered numerous times. In order for something to void your warranty, it has to be the direct cause of the malfunction.

You can always take it off and put the old intake back on if you have to take it to the dealer. It only takes a few minutes.

Not sure about the G35 but on both 350's I had you needed to watch for the Pop Charger rubbing on the ac line and can cause issues with that.
