Takin off front plate

I want to take off my front plate, I did so the other day and I noticed a big hole in the middle and that they also drilled holes into the bumper. I heard you can get that little plate that covers the gap from the dealer and whatnot, but is there anything you can do about the holes drilled in the bumper without havin to replace the bumper if you want no front plate? thanks

Where can you get them, is it available anywhere other than the dealership?

The big hole in the middle can be covered using a License bracket cover.
