with money obviously anything is possible
but, if i had to guess, it would be more cost effective to acquire a soldi built motor and go FI

the new motor is larger so it may not fit. but even if it does, the harnesses are completely different. from what ive seen it appears to be a very involved (expensive) proposition

Thanks for the correction. You are right.

By the time you are done rebuilding the engine w/TT and painting the car you will end up spending more money then it would coast you to purchase a new G35/G37 loaded.

You make a good point. However, do you realize that after you paint and rebuild/TT the engine you will have put allot of your own money into that car. If you get hit bad, and it is your fault you loose all that money. I assume you pay so little because you have no collision. I would be scared sh**T to drive a car with no collision. By the way; The money you end up spending on current MODS to fix the car- [IF spread out over the next few years ] may of cover your insurance on a new G35. Good Luck.

why are you using that font making nearly impossible to read, but anyways it probally wont be that easy or cost effective to fing a g37 motor. way easier to rebuild the old motor to make over 330 hp

damn.. if money is not an issue.. i would def get the V37 engine and be the first one to twin turbo it.. you'd have the baddest G around here for a while and one of the more unique G35's... be on magazines..

Money is not an issue but you don't carry collision insurance?

I dont think he bought the car thinking he can get away with a better cheap price. I mean yeah he got it for 18 but i'm assuming he bought the car to "project it" he WANTS to work on it and take pride restoring the car. He never said anything about money being a big issue to him.

just TT or put a large single turbo in it, its way to expensive to get the g37 engine in there

Worst idea ever, Wasting all that money to get such a little increase-- If you want to put an RB25/6 in there, with an AWD tranny- that would makes sence, but this new probably marginally upgraded tranny the the PITA of getting some guy to probably having to custom make all the brushings fittings and mounts... Honestly I wouldn't even be impressed if yout old me you put the New VQ,

I would laugh and say, I spent 7,000$ and got my twin turbo kit installed, and I can own you =\

And it was installed in a day

Worst idea ever.

I like putting a v8 into the G better than this lol
