Hey guys, I just started noticing something about my car when i start it up.

I have a 06 coupe with 16k miles. When i first got the car and started it i notice

that once i crank it and the engine gets going the intelligent key light never

blinked green. It would only blink red if i didnt have the key anywhere near from

the car. Well now every time i start my car, the intelligent key would aways blink

for a good 20 seconds after the car is on. Why?!?!!? it never did that before!?

i know this for a FACT! i would disconnect the battery for a full day thinkthing it

would stop this problem but nope. it would stop for a few starts but then start

back up again!?

Does anyone else have this problem?

 

It means the i key battery needs to be replaced. Page 3-9 in the manual
