Sold Sold Sold Sold

The forum has been great!

The G35, not so great. Too many creaks and rattles. The seats were too uncomfortable for anything longer than a half hour. The leather, soft as it was, stretched way too fast, the paint too soft, the oil burned too much, the blue tooth sucked, 1st to 2nd shift too quirky....

You get the point.

The car is sold!!!!!

Good timing too, my G35 Premier membership just ran out.
Now THAT, is worth it BTW. Got your premier membership, support the forum, and enjoy the premier section.

I'm out!DOMO
Mike

I never sold my 2000 v6 accord coupe. It's automatic and fwd but, it has a good size trunk, the leather has held up great, it gets good mileage, doesn't burn oil, at 87K miles it has less rattles than the G did at 5k........

I'm going to freshen the accord up a bit, dyna mat, and new struts, and I have a friend who will paint it for cheap.

I'll prolly drive the accord till it dies. The money from the G is going into a retirement fund. Yes, it was paid for.

Gone for good..........?

All the negative items you listed don't apply to my G35.......I wonder why?
I could drive my G all day and never be tired when I bailed out....and zero
squeeks and rattles. The clearcoat is soft but I took care of that with several layers of Zymol coucourse........I'm good for the long haul!

I have an 05 Auto -
I will agree with the leather issue, otherwise it's superb.
Drove it from NYC to FL - No problem =)

Good luck. I think the seats are really hit and miss dependent on the person. I feel my seats are the most comfortable car seats I've ever been in...fits GREAT and I could literally drive four hours and not feel a thing.

After 8 hours of driving a Ford F250 at work, it's pays to keep a G35 Coupe. The drive home, I can hear all these creaks and rattles which keeps my mind on the road.
