As for the Auto Tranny 5AT, i've read different posts, some saying it's bad, some saying it's good.

Drain and fill only replaces a small amount of the total capacity of the cooling system and even a smaller amount in the trans.It is basically mixing new fluid with the old dirty fluid..........................so flush it.
