I've had my G35c (fully loaded tb 6mt) only since saturday and because of the snow I haven't drived it since sunday. I come out of my condo today to find that someone (my neihbor with the caddy coupe I bet) dinged/scrathed my door and attempted to cover it up with PEN INK! Are people retarded?? I can't even park in my offstreet parking space without someone screwing with my 38k 5 day old car??
I was hoping to enjoy at least one more summer in my beachside condo but it looks like I'll have to be looking for a house with a garage

No...he's never there...he did it again last night..it's worse this time but with no ink.

 

I would have a fist to head talk with him. Especially if he did it twice. Than I'd force him to right me a check on the spot.

I had a guy two months ago ding my car while I was sitting in it. He was driving a brand new Jag convertable. He was about 70 and was with a girl old enough to be his niece. I was sitting there talking on the phone when WAM. I get out and see a nice size dent and scratch. He says WOOPS? I come over to him and he smells like booze and I say get out you checkbook now or I'll have to humiliate you in front of your niece. He says she's not my niece, I say no kidding just get your checkbook out and lets be done with it. Guy must have had bucks because he wrote me out a cool G and I cashed it right away figuring he would stop payment on it. It only cost me about 600 to fix so maybe it was worth it.

Lol...he wasn't answering the door so I called the cops! It might be overkill but since our tax dollars pay them it only seemed like the correct thing to do. That and I don't know him so if it becomes a big deal then I have a case # to reference.

 

Yeah, might as well go that route since you didn't actually see him do it. Does his cars paint match up to your scratch ? Hopefully it does. What kind of a D### does that to somebodys car and than tries to fix it halfa## and than does it again ? Is this guy old and senile or just a careless jerk ? Best of luck.

 

Lol...it was a beautifull thing...the officer came out and thought the other car was too high to make the damage...till the guy came out and he saw how big he was! He agreed the other guy caused the damage. Officers have this amazing way of analizing reactions to determine things. I have a newfound respect for the law...everything isn't worked out yet but I will aways have a case # says it's his fault and a niebor that knows don't f*ck with a g or I WILL make a big deal over it!
I spent the rest of the moring on realtor.com looking for a house with a garage!

 

well I'll be damned...I saw a f---- up senile old fart back up and smash my bumber NEEDLESSLY. He had 40 feet of clear parking space in front of him. He sped off in his little blue Toyota Echo but the scene is forever burned into my psyche.

I may come across the same car at the same spot someday I figure...and...as the late great Notorius B.I.G. once said..."real bad boys move in silence..."

I am really beginning to hate "Human Nature".
