Injen Exhaust Installed

Finally had my exhaust shipped to me. I installed it today. IMO it looks a lot better than the single muffler dual tip design.

Re: Injen Exhaust Installed

It sounds great. Everyone on the board seemed to think it was too loud but I feel its just right.

Re: Injen Exhaust Installed

i'm torn between these and the fujitsubo. i love the fuji's sound but like the look of the injen better (anyone with me?) anyways, the fitment doesn't look right on the injen. too much space between the tips and bumper and your right tip sticks out...any fix? does the stillen rear lip sit lower than the stock bumper? maybe that's why the exhaust looks cleaner on the red injen car.

Re: Injen Exhaust Installed

if these sound comparable to the fujitsubo (not terribly louder) and the fitment issue is fixable, then i'm sold. any feedback Coz_Czp? here's the thread with the red injen g https://g35driver.com/forums/showfla...view=&sb=&vc=1

Re: Injen Exhaust Installed

what do you mean straight and angled? i was wondering if you knew what the sound was like for the B&B so you could compare. i think i might return the B&B i just ordered because i hear it may be too loud and RICE style. I DONT WANT THAT. i have heard that the Ingen is loud but wasnt sure if it was deep or high pitched. thanks J

Re: Injen Exhaust Installed

I haven't heard one yet, but they look beautiful. Awesome Quality with this exhaust.

For the Straight and Angled Question...

Injen made the Angled Version for the 350Z Back in the day, but too many people complained about it, so Injen had to go design a new one.. Straight Tip, but with the same piping bends (thus better flow).

Here's a better view of the complete systems:

I hope this clears things up

Thanx Guys

Hmmm.... I think I still like the Fujitsubo better. That's probably gonna be my choice. Any one got sound clips of the Injen exhaust though?

Re: Injen Exhaust Installed

The tips look so small on the Injen for some reason. I am guessing that it isnt smaller than stock, but it sure looks that way. And there is a huge gap between the bumper and the tips. Is this normal?

I really like the dual muffler design of the Injen, but the Fujitsubo looks a lot better. I am thinking of the Fujitsubo, even though it is quite pricey compared to the Injen which seems like a bargain at the $750-$800 price range its in.

The Fujitsubo is $850 and doesn't even come with complete piping (Y-Pipe), which they sell for an extra $450. Damn them!!!

Could you post a picture of looking at the Injen straight from the back?

Thanks.

Re: Injen Exhaust Installed

I think that I have either the primary pipes or the mid pipes on backwards. I'm awaiting an email back from Injen regarding this, but later today I'll take a picture from straight back
