My best guess once the body shop sees what's wrong they'll ship it over to
the dealership to be fixed. Apparently they have a few wires mixed up which

Got it fixed today.
For all of you who guessed:
It was the rear ground. After they repainted, the grounding screw had too much paint under it, so they had to clear that off, now I'm great.
