G35.....skyline?!?!?!

Ok i'm in this debate w/ my friends, some of them drive 240s. but i was curious and i already search some of the threads in this forum.

From what I know the G35 in america is the Nissan Skyline in Japan (or outside of the US.)

They say no it's not.

Ok, who's right?

I know there is definetly a difference in performance in engines between the G35 and Skyline in Japan.

Does anybody know the exact differences performance and looks wise?

I don't have a clue.

the only difference between the skyline 350GT and the G35 is...

Skyline has amber turn signals (03-05 for sure at least)
skyline is righthand driver

And I think it comes standard with a dash that will accomidate a ddin

THATS IT

Your friends are thinking of the Nissan Skyline GT-R(a completely different car). In Japan the Infiniti G35 coupe is called a Nissan Skyline 350GT, almost completely identical to the g35, except for the additional features which jtrain stated. So the G is a skyline, just not the one they're thinking of.

i'm sure people would care that the info you provided is not entirely true.

there are a few other (minor) differences...although minor, more differences than what you posted to say the least.

anyway, not a big deal.

/this doesn't need to go any longer.
