Problem: Do I have it or not???

When i start the car, the light does not turn on. But its part of the instrument panel that says RAS when i look really close?

So do I have Rear active steer?

when you bought the car you ahd the potion of RAS...did you get it? lol

If your not sure which seems to be the case than look for your purchase sticker on the car if you still have it.


I believe RAS comes with the premuim package..

 

Actually theres a very easy way.

WHile your key is in the ignition turn the key but dont turn the car actually on, Just have it running off battery. If theres no RAS light then you dont have it

 

I read it came with the premium package for the 6mt's, but mine doesnt lights on

 

the RAS doesn't come with the premium... it is a totally different package... just look under your car... there should be some threads discussing where to locate the RAS...

 

Its an extra cost option....

Hey guys, thanks for the input.

I phone Infiniti head office, gave him my VIN#, asked him if I had it and he was able to tell me: NO!

I bought the car used from a dealer so that is why I didnt know.

 

RAS is a stand alone option.
