I know the G35 sedan has an AWD option, but I was wondering if anyone knew if Infiniti would make a G35 coupe with the AWD option. If they did, I'd be traveling to my local Infiniti dealership right NOW!

 

There is no AWD option on the coupe and there wont be one any time soon. The only way you will get it is in the sedan.

 

thats not true, there is always a small chance that it will come out.... they usually dont announce these things till 6 months in advance.
So if they decide to do it for 2005 (in time for next winter)...then they would announce it, or leak info by the end of this spring time.

I did a search and found one of my original threads, so I hope this topic hasn't been beaten to death on other threads. If so, I apologize. Anyways, while Infiniti hasn't officially announced whether the 05 coupe will be AWD or not, I have heard rumors from others that there is a definite possibility of an 05 AWD coupe going on sale around Nov. or Dec. of this year. Now, remember, these are only rumors I've read on other internet sites and from local G35 coupe owners. So I thought I'd ask the experts...All of you folks! What have you been hearing about an AWD coupe for 05?

I too would be in the dealership RIGHT NOW if there was an all wheel drive coupe.

There is a spy picture of a G35C (Nissan Skyline Coupe) with big fender bulges that resembles that of the Stagea. (the Skyline Wagon in Japan) The article in the JDM magazine says that is a test mule for the new performancec AWD system on the coupe. So there~

 

Infiniti has stated publically that the reason there isn't an AWD coupe or a 6mt G35x is that they don't believe they would sell well. Unless they've gotten data of the opposite, don't expect an AWD coupe until the GT-R is out.
