The major differences from the true 03 to the 04 are the seats. I have an 03 and I only have two automatic driver seat that only adjusts the pitch and forward or reverse, I have to manually lay the seat back or forward with a handle on the side. Its the most unluxury an infinity can get. The 03's dont have a center console with an arm rest, youll spot it right away. Get the 03.5 or 04 its the same car. Note: mine was made in 11/02, try for something atleast midway through 03.

The 04.5 is the most up to date of the 2 years your looking at... Also these years were the lightest G35 coupes produced.
