So I finally got totally vexed with all my problems of rattling ( which I refuse to accept is a commonality) and bitched it all out to infiniti (mind you this is canada). So I told them the story of how the dealer forgot to order my parts twice and totally waste my time and how that they completely misdiagnosed my issues with my windows grinding. It was about a 30 minute conversation which ended up in "wow I cant believe youve been to the dealer so many times since you got the car". Apparently shes gonna escalate to Management and have them investigate the issue as to why Ive been trated like this.

Think they will do anything about it??

They'll ask you what it would take to make you happy, or that's what they asked me. haha

 

for rattles dont bother with the dealer they are no help

 

Sad how sometimes ya gotta bitch so loud to be finely heard and hopefully the problem taken care of like it should have been on first visit

For all of you seattle folks .... Kirkland infiniti is freaking awesome ...

I have speak grills rattle ... the tech went to the car ... felt the the speaker grills and said "no need to take your time on this sir ... I can fix it real quick"

they had me in a loaner and out the door in 15 min ...

I came to pick up my car and everything was taken care of "cleaned... a few tsb were fixed and my 5000 mile service"

best of all the service was all i shelled out for was the service 50$

Best experiance with a car dealer EVER .... I was going to buy a lexus rx300 to replace the old suv ... no anymore ... its and fx35 for me .


Oh and BTW they fixed the rattle on both sides perfectly.
