factory spoiler question

how many bolts hold on the factory spoiler, i know theres the 3m tape also holding it down, i just want to know what else i need to remove to get the spoiler off.

According to the SM, looks like 3 nuts and a grommet/clip at each end, and of course the harness for the stop light assy.
