I had my 7500 mile service done today by the local Infiniti dealer here in Northern California (where everything seems to be a bit more expensive than elsewhere). The total with tax was $207 including Castrol Syntec oil change. The tires were not rotated as they are different size and unidirectional on the coupe.

I had the dealer also change some of the factory settings on the locks and lights for free. I ended up getting both doors unlock with one push of keyfob, auto headlights on earlier than factory setting, and auto headlights off immediately on exiting and closing door. Now I will mostly leave the headlights set to auto.

I also wanted my hand brake to catch earlier than the previous setting. I had to put it in gear to park in my driveway before, now the hand brake will hold it on the driveway incline. That was free also.

They washes my car and no damage by carwash...it must have been the Crystal Guard I had applied that protected it![img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img]

Got a G35 sedan loaner that had 29K+ miles and a big dent in the front bumper, but it still drove great!

i think when most people shy away from dealer car washes it is because they will either scratch the rims or leave swirl marks on dark cars.

are you sure the FOB work was free
