I see their point about evidence of panel off before, like for tint install maybe, but if it were off due to other warranty work prior, like common window motor failure, then I'd call BS.

SRY...it shouldn't take 2.0hrs to do that proceedure, the service repair hr estimation guide is way off on that one...lol
Maybe yes if it were a window motor, but it's not what was wrong

get the service manual and use it liberally. If you are mechanically inclined, save yourself $$$ and time on simple things.
Good point! - Where can we get the service manual?

Got me for $585 yesterday. God they make hate my own car cuz they can't effin do anything right.
