broken Shift ***, Dealer says no warranty...

anyone have the same problem as me? the shift *** cracked? dealer says it is not covered under warranty... what should i do? pay my self?

First time I've heard of a cracked ****.

How did you do that? ...oh never mind...lol

Surprised it wasn't covered by warranty, but what do I know.

Just go get an aftermarket one. I hated my oem, but that's just me.

how do i upload the picture? do i just drag it in to the thread (here) or i need to upload it to another website and insert the webadress?

you can upload them on photobucket or something or just add it as an attachment right here on the forums. Its an option when you reply to a thread (not quick reply)

How is that not a warranty item? It should definitely fall under the Bumper-to-Bumper warranty.

so you think i should try another dealer? or should i report them to the inifiniti consumer.....

Well the only argument they could have is that you broke it by using too much force, but I don't see that happening unless you actually broke it on purpose...

I guess it could go both ways.

I'd say try another dealer, if they say the same thing, buy an aftermarket one.
