Yes! I live in WI, and have had my G for 3 months now. It's been below 40s at night and the same problem. The rubber hardens and thus the seal is not tight against the window. When it warms up, the rubber softens and seals the door better.
I did a diy fix and it was getting flexible rubber tubing at the hardware store, in my case, I found replacement tubing for wiper wash system, and ran that behind the door seals, specially along the back pillar (near the rear), that gave the door seals enough push to seal better.
During my 1st service last week, inifiniti tech saw what i did and actually replaced it with spacer foam where the tube was runnign along. That seems to work better. Gave me back the tube and said I could add it in as well if it still was a problem.
Nothing is visible from the outside.
I have also heard of silicon treatments that can be applied to rubber seals to help with cold temperature, havent had the need to do that yet.

I have an annoying wind whistle from the passenger window. It almost sounds like the window is cracked open. First trip to the dealer they replaced the window motor. On the way home, same thing. Second trip to the dealer they replaced the window seal, same wind noise heard starting 40MPH or greater, no change.
Went today to the dealer and rode with the service manager. He traced the noise to the little rubber seal on the side view mirror where it meets the window. They ordered one today. I'll update results. In the mean time I'm having my car rebuilt piece by piece.
