problems with dash lights + window

I dont know what the hell is wrong. Whenever i turn on my headlights my dash lights and all the interior lighting turns off automatically. But when my headlights are off everything lights up again. What do u guys think the problem is? Its really starting to annoy me. Also just recently my windows stopped working!@

Adjust the brightness of the interior lights. Sounds like they're turned all the way down.

well at first the windows were going down, but very slowly and kindof with choppy movement and now they just wont open. i havnt really tried opening or closing with the door open but im pretty sure it doesnt work. anyways im thinking that the window problem and the lighting can possibly be related. And my warranty has expired

Sounds like the dimmer is either all the way down or possibly even unplugged.

I would guess that the windows are unrelated - Nissan has a history of power window issues. If the motor was going really slow before chances are its failed.
