My G loves cold air

It was 23F this morning when I drove 65miles each way to a meeting. I had to add 3-4 PSI to each tire before I left home, but the G loved all that cold air coming into the engine.

Every time I pressed the throttle, even in 6th gear, it lurch forward with more than usual kick & growled a little louder than usual.

Sorry, but this is about the only exciting thing about WI winters.

That's cool, 23F would be a record low right now in Houston lol but it's like 68....

Most cars will perform better in colder temps...I think it has alot to do with the air's density. More Volume coming into the cylinders.

Denser airs gets burned a lot more easy. That is why cars are quicker at sea level and with cooler temperatures. Warmer air = Less dense and less burn by the engine.

Denser air contains more O2. That's what sucks about living in the high desert (5300 feet) No freakin' O2 up here.....

Fill your tires with Nitrogen...
