Leather Bra

I was wondering...
Does anyone use a black leather bra for their DG 04 Coupe? I'd like to see some pictures. Some people hate them, some dont mind them. I have so many rock chips on my bumper i was thinking of putting the nose mask on to cover them up and try something new.
Please post a pic if anyone has it.
thanks

I have an 06 DG with a bra on it. Well technically the bra is not yet on the car but it will be after this weekend. I'll take pictures if you like.

a few people have reported minor scratched in the paint due to loose leather bras vibrating at high speeds.

I wouldn't do it. I had one on my 2000 avalon black and it left fine scratches and some in the form of straight lines on the hood and bumper. Im not sure if you have snowy winters but it also held the sand and salt so it was always against the paint which has to be horrible for the clear coat. Im not a big fan of how they look either. Reminds me of an 80's camaro

I concur with Hero's statement but it's only noticeable with the OB cars. I only use the bra when driving on long trips and the amount of sand lodged in the felt will scare you.

I have always heard that fabric/leather/vinyl bras should be removed and cleaned regularly and even removed after being wet to allow to dry or paint problem will occur. May be cheaper than clearbras, but, perhaps not in the long run.

I'd rather have minor/fine scratches that can be buffed out as opposed to chips in the paint that require the whole bumper to be repainted! Besides as long as you maintain it correctly you should not have any problems. It's people that leave them on and never take them off that experience some of the problems mentioned.

I have the oem leather bra and only put it on when I go on long road trips. As soon as I come back, I wash it, remove it from the car and then let it dry. Very easy to put on and off.

My hood is not bad, but the bumper basically needs to be sanded, repainted. Between the bugs that are impossible to remove at this point to rock chips, its either have it repainted or cover it up.

I am curious what it will look like so again if anyone has pics, please post them.
