I'd love to try, but with the Pilot Sports being almost 300 bucks each, and having an already low expectancy rate... =D

I'm sure you meant "understeer" here:

MrElissive wrote: AWD and FWD suffer from "oversteer" in which steering doesn't react enough...they just slide forward instead of turn.

Plus, it is a good idea to get some harder compound tires for drifting, they slide easier and don't get chewed up so easily.

"Oversteer is when steering over-reacts...the tail swings out and car turns super sharply and you have to center it again. Almost all RWD cars have this effect. AWD and FWD suffer from "oversteer" in which steering doesn't react enough...they just slide forward instead of turn."

wrooooooooooooooooooooooong... go do ur hw kid...

Ok, i to have an 5A/T ive NEVER put it in the manual mode at least when it comes to drifitng, my friend has a gravel S type road in the back of his house in the boonies LOL, so i take my car out there and turn VDC OFF and ill approach the tight right turn and hit the brakes and then i guess kinda power out of it and then to the giant left turn which is where i hit my actual drift but then the road eventually goes straight to idk, ill try a couple diff techniques if yall have any,

One of the benefits to living in rainy Oregon is our wet parking lots
I've definitely done some decent drifts on wet ground, and of course with VDC off. My buddy has even doing controlled "figure 8's" in my '05 AT/coupe, it was pretty insane to see!

Try to post some vids/pics of your parking lot drift sessions and i'll do the same!
