Hey as the title says, I have a CF hood and grill and I am wondering if I should take it somewhere and have them clear coat it or if that comes cleared already?

 

they should come cleared already... from what i understand.. not to sure tho

 

i bought a seibon ts hood last year and cracked it a little about 3 months after getting it. Well i eventually got it fixed and the guys there said it didn't come clear coated, it was the actual resin/gel coat that you see. They said it would last a couple years and then start to fade or dull. So mine got a nice clear coat after the repair. They said most hoods don't come clear coated

 

Well crap, now I'm really confused ;D
