Hey guys, I wanted to know if I was the only one out there with this problem. This only happens when I'm in a tight parking lot and I'm trying to get out of a space.

I reverse a little bit out.
Then put it in first gear.
Then while turning the steering wheel all the way to the right (or the left depending which way I'm reversing out), the front tires make vibrating noises.
I move up a little.
Then I will put it in reverse and turn the steering wheel all the way to the other side and it will do the same thing.
Today I was stuck in a tough spot and I no not only had all those vibrations but sounded like a belt was making a noise. A slight very low tone sqreech (sound was as if it was coming from a belt). I've had my drive belts changed about 15k miles ago so I don't thats the problem.

This seems to happen when I'm turning the steering wheel while in gear.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Could your tires be rubbing? Do you have after-market oversize rims/tires?

im running 245s on the stock 19" wheels but if I was rubbing, then I would be rubbing while driving also.
this same problem also happened to me on oem wheels with oem size tires.

If it squeals, your belt is loose. All other vibration issues relate to problems with the steering column itself - which would require dealer action. I would check the belt first and see if it is loose and providing inconsistent power to the steering. That's a quick DIY fix.
