I used the driver's side card holder for the cardkey to my parking garage. Seemed perfectly logical to me.

And I'd say the card holders would be used for anytype of mail envelopes so they don't fall between the sets when driving. If you haven't noticed, its like a Grand Canyon when things slide between the seat and console. Its a complete PITA to get what you need back out.
Anyway, have fun and send me that clip.
Ain't that the truth!

How about that slot on the right of the radio below the cigarette jack. You know the strange one that is kind of oval. WTF is that for? I put dryer sheets in it so my car smells good!

HAHA! I do the exact same thing now too!! It used to just pop off every now and then but it actually broke the plastic tab off so it just floats around in there until I can get it replaced. I would think that you could just get that dumb little thing without having to buy a whole console or something. Maybe just go to the dealership for a test drive and snag one. HA HA Just kidding

The one above the visor is good for insurance/registration, makes it easy to get to without making the cops nervous (until they get used to seeing you that is, and they probably will...).

The one above the driver's door is good for security badges.
