Ok so while peeking around my 03' g35 coupe 6mt I found a couple of things that seem completely useless.... what are the card holders for that are located right above the driver door and in the passenger visor? I know its there to obviously hold cards but what kind of cards? also behind my shifter there is a ssmall panels that slides open and sort of serves as a cup holder, well right in the middle there is a small clip that can be pushed in or can stick out and sort of serve as a divider. does anyone know what the real use of this is? thanks

 

That divider is for small drinks or cans, if you don't have it up and step on it, your drink will end up all over the place. Ask me how I know, my flip up divider broke and the only way to get a new one is order the whole damn assembly. If your not using it, send it to me. LOL.

And I'd say the card holders would be used for anytype of mail envelopes so they don't fall between the sets when driving. If you haven't noticed, its like a Grand Canyon when things slide between the seat and console. Its a complete PITA to get what you need back out.

Those card holders are only good for those timed parking garages where they give you a printed card.

The little notch next to the cup holder is perfect for the bottle caps for my spitters.. The card holder above your head is for gas reciepts so you can look up at them and at the same time look to the heavens and wonder why the hell it's so expensive.. IMO..

 

I hate that card holder thing. I think I am just going to buy another handle and put it on that side too. As for the dang clip, mine busted as well. I didn't know you had to order the whole thing to replace it. I will check with my dealer next time I go.
