What do you want the mod to ultimately do?

MotorDyne 5/16 spacer + MREV2 will give you a better HP gain than test pipes/HFC's and cost less to install then headers. So i would go with MD 5/16 spacer + MREV2

I wasnt really looking at those mods right now, I dont know what they will do to the warrenty, I know that headers and back wont do anything to warrenty. I guess I just going to go with the headers for now. and Im getting Stock diameter pulleys soon.

The MREV2 + spacer is barely even noticeable unless you KNOW you're looking for it. But you're 5AT (assuming cuz of i-key) so if you were to pick that i would just go with the 5/16 spacer. From your list though I would pick the HFCs because I dont like the rasp of TPs. But its your choice, so G/L

If i'm not mistaken header install cost $800... not worth it IMO

But if you go HFC's get Fast Intentions High Flow Cats, you can't go wrong!

HFC's from your list but I'd do the MD spacer first.
