That lip is slightly different than the Gialla lip.

 

I believe that's the old Unlimited Tuning front lip.

As far as ANYTHING ebay being suspect...that's just rediculous. There's a huge economy within ebay, and i've had hundreds of successful transactions both buying and selling.

but what about fitment?

 

Fitment on the UTR lip was spot on from what I remember in past posts back when they were around a lot. It's urethane as well, and fitment is usually much more accurate than fiberglass items.
