Are you asking how do you remove the headlight from the car and take it apart or just how to take it apart?

Cause there is a DIY on how to remove the headlight you just have to find it.

To take the headlight itself apart you put it in the oven and heat it up then just pull the housing apart. Or you can use a heat gun. I plan on doing mine within the next couple weeks.

There is a how to in the fall 2007 issue of Nissan Sport Magazine on page 80. This is for a Nissan Titan, but should be very close to our headlight construction. He took his headlights apart for exactly the same reason.

I do not know the temp or how long. The reason you heat the headlights up is to loosen the seal between the housing and the clear face. I would guess no more than 20 minutes at between 350 and 400 should do the trick. I remember seeing it in one of the threads i read a while back but i dont remember which one. I have a heat gun at my disposal and and extra set of headlights so im just going to experiment with that. Good luck. If i find something ill let you know

Definately NOT worth it! I sent mine out to Ivorygt to get them done, and they came out looking perfect, but I have had problems with leaking and condensation and now the lense is dirty.

just use a heat gun and then pull em apart, but your better off just painting the outside of them like i did because if you pull em apart you will get moisture inside and they will look all foggy, take a look at mine.
