Tein Basics and OEM Parts

I just received my Tein Basics which I plan to install this weekend. While reading the install guide, I read that the Basics utilize certain parts from the OEM struts. About a year ago, I installed Tokico D-Specs and I can't remember if I used the OEM parts on that install. Has anyone else on the forum gone from D-Specs to Basics and did you have all the parts needed or did you have to go back to the dealership to get the parts. I'd like to find out before I get the car apart. Thanks

you will need the mounts that you put on your dspecs, or you could just go buy them at the dealer. once you open your basics up and look at them and then take your dspecs off you will see the part that you need to move over

Thanks much. Sounds like I moved the needed OEM parts when I installed the D-Specs and I'll move them again to the Basics.
