If they meant to say it was ugly and they wouldnt pay taht much money for it, then why not just say that....and what's with the "boi" in quotes anyways

 

boi is like gamer talk for boy. There is also, hai (hi) and bai (bye) that I know of. Yeah and Ill say it again that bumper is not rice or ugly. It's nice but I would not pay 1,300 for it. The rear bumper is fugly (also talk for ****|n ugly)
