18mpg is the avg of what everyone is getting. There are some people claiming to get 25mpg but i doubt they are legit.

we all know the g35 aren't gas savor and if your looking for good MPG, you obviously purchased the wrong car. The G37 gets better mpg then our G.

I usually pull about 23-23.7 MPG combined city/highway in my Coupe. It's gone down a bit recently after going with larger tires, but it's definitely still quite a ways above 18 MPG combined. More like 21 or 22 for me. I haven't had a single tank below 19.5 MPG during the entire 28K miles that I've put on the car since buying it new in '04.... And even that one tank that was 19.5 for me was during a week where I had the car idling a lot in the yard while doing some extended maintenance such as coolant flushing, etc. rather than just driving down the street.

No, it's true... I've gotten as high as 28 on a 700 mile round trip; all freeway miles and can get 22-24 on my weekday commute. The worst i've ever had is 17 after a hard driving weekend.

I regularly get 15-16mpg in 100% city driving, and have gotten as high as 21-22 80% highway.

off topic but it is still Infiniti. My dads QX56 get 19 MPG 50/50 city/highway. It is unbelievable.
Thanks!

I usually get around 18 city and 23-24 highway only.

mixed usually runs in at around 19-20.

I notice if I drive about 55 MPH I get the best mileage and even at 65 I'm getting around 23 or so.

I get ~20mpg regularly, shifting between 3000-3500rpm, and about 80% city driving, 20% highway. Sounds like that's pretty good compared to what a lot of people get on this forum.

For a While i was getting nothing more than 16 mpg but recently (haven't changed my driving or added anything special to the car) it's up to 20 mpg i've got 20 inch axis shine and i just installed (tein basics)
So just give it time and keep close track of every full tank of gas.

Ok so it's Dec 21 2007....
I just drove for 120 miles and take a look at my average MPG on the drive, Weather is a true reading or not , i loved watching it..... it average between 27 MPG to 30 MPG..
cRAZY hUH...
