New with some questions

I am new to g35driver , but I've been an owner since July. I have an 04 AT coupe and I absolutely love it. I have had it long enough so now im craving some mods. Performance comes before looks for me, but I have been having trouble finding some good/cheap shops around here. Would you guys recommend buying parts online or getting them from a local shop? And if you guys could recommend any shops down in SoCal (around Huntington Beach). Thanks in advance.

good/cheap parts are hard to find
most g parts are not cheap at all
your best bet is look for vendors on this forum there are a couple in socal and if that doesnt work try the marketplace forum

Usually if you get them from a local shop, they'll discount the installation costs so t usually ends up breaking even. But some vendors online can give you great deals or group buys usually are a can't mss.

Checked the "Marketplace" to fnd some slightly used goodies.

I would say a ISO THERMAL COPPER PLENUM SPACER from Motordyne an INJEN CAI, Gordgee's 10 wire grounding kit (not much power but your shifts will be much smoother and the car will be smoother). As far as cheap mods, like 2004v35 said, its hard to find cheap mods. Usually cheap = useless. Stay away from those eBay performance mods and stuff.

Grounding units help the electical systems in the car so, for example the shifts get a like smoother.

But if your looking for cheap parts for your car, look at g35driver or ebay. I saved $600 on my HKS Ti tru dual exhaust from talking to guy on the fourms.

If anyone wants a better grounding kit, I do custom installs in Socal.

I know this is kind of a dumb question, but what is the general price of grounding kits?

most sell around $130. I do them for $150 including installation for Socal locals. They are custom tailored to your engine bay in the color of your choice.
