Ok im debating this for a few days. Iv got a good amount that was suppose to go toward a motorcycle for this summer.. But now all I can think about is making my G faster.. What would you do and y???

Get the bike! LOL No question about that! The supercharger would be great, but in the long run you'll get more use and fun out of the bike than a 100 ponies from your G....

Well, I'm probably a little biased, but I would get the motorcycle. MCs are just lots of fun, especially during the summer. More power in the car would be a good thing, but having a motorcycle is much more fun.

I AM IN THE EXACT SAME DILEMMA AS YOU w/ some slight variation. I already had a bike (Aprila RS) that I just sold 3 weeks ago. It was my first bike, had it for only a month. It quickly grew on me and I was yearning for more power fast. Now w/ the profit, I am torn between getting a SC or buying another bike. I really want another bike, but I want a new GSX-R 600 which is priced over what I want to pay. IMO, if you have never been on a bike, get the SC. Once you start riding for a month and then stop.. you feel the need to ride again. You crave it so to speak.. same like cigs, same like having turbo then downsizing to NA. Because you've never experienced it, you don't know what your missing by not getting a bike. However, riding a bike soooo much fun! Ahhhh, the ball is in your court =)

 

Get The Bike after a while Your gonna Get bored with the speed G even with a S/C and you'll never get bored with the bike...At least thats my opinion..And i hope you didnt believe the guys thread when he told you that your G with a S/C can beat a bike....no way in hell !!!!!

 

I vote for the bike. It's too much fun to pass up. If you get an SC, you lose your warrenty and might not even feel that big of a difference in your car.

Supercharger? Are you crazy!? Definitely get the bike. If you want to feel raw speed...nothing pulls like 1000cc of v-twin power! Not only does a supercharger potentially void your warranty, but it'll just get you into trouble. With a bike, you can get HUGE thrills without having to do 100mph.

my friend recently died from a motorcycle accident.
he was going 120 on his yamaha when he just slipped because there was oil on the freakin highway. (can you beleive it, oil on a highway?). I was in my G and saw everything.
so this is why im against motorcycles.

Sorry about your friend. I don't think you have a valid reason to not ride bikes. Your friend was doing double the speed limit increasing his risk of something happening. If you are a responsible person and use the bike in a safe manner, then you should be JUST FINE.
