Like I said, we can do any component as long as we meet the minimum order of 10 for fiberglass or 25 for urethane. It doesn't look like 10 people are going to agree on one thing. One person wants the front only, one person wants the skirts only, etc. We can make a list for each component and add names of people until we reach the minimum order. What do you think? I know at least 5 people have asked me about the front only.

In my opinion, I don't think your friend has the right to include his sunk cost of the original kit into his Impul replica. It was his choice to buy the Impul kit. How about I buy his original Impul kit for 1500?? hehe.

Also, just how many of his "impul-like" copies would he have to sell before he breaks even?? After that is there a cost reduction?? I'd rather not be the first 10-20 suckers that have to pay for HIS sunk costs.

Socal, why don't you ask your friend how much he's asking for each component of the kit, and then we can decide if we want that specific parts at that price or not.

 

Sorry guys, I'm real busy M-F. I did talk to my friend during lunch about the front bumper. Quote is $499 for fiberglass with 10 pre-orders. I am ready to get just the front bumper but think it might look weird being lower than the stock side skirts. Anyhow, looks like we are going to break up the kit into components.

I just want the front bumper... how much for just the front and/or sideskirts. I do not want the spoiler, grill, or rear bumper.
