The passenger door speaker/cover/something in there rattles when I go over certain types of roads. I have an 07 coupe so the dealer already tried once to fix it by putting in some kind of dampening stuff, which helped a bit. My wife doesn't notice the noise but I do. It stops if you put your hand on the speaker. Not sure if this is what you have, but it's near the glovebox.

I've used some weather stripping and lined some of the door panel contact points and it removed some of the rattles.

I had a low-pitched rattle from the passenger side which drove me crazy. Sometimes it sounded like the glove box, sometimes higher, like the sunroof. It turned out to be the passenger seat recline handle between the seat and the door.

After 4 1/2 years of ownership, between the rattles and front tire feathering, I'm considering to throw in the towel. I've already started looking at the 08 M35. I can't stand the rattles anymore!!!!!!

I have so many rattles it also drives me nuts but I've given up on trying to get them fixed. The dealership can't replicate the noises. I get them from all over: sunroof, rear panels, middle console, sometimes from the vents and doors.

As for the sunroof rattle, you can take some silicon spray and apply it to the seals. That seems to fix one of them.

WTF? I didn't know about this.. A 1990 honda civic has a switch to shut off the light, but a 2007 G35 doesn't? hmm...

And to the guy complaning about the G35 short comming and thinking about the M35? Switching models won't fix anything.... You need to switch makes.
