I have finally reached 3500 miles and its finally time for the 1st oil change, but after reading some horror story about dealer scratches and dents from servicing, I'm just really concern. I just want to have my baby back in its originally condition. Can someone suggest which dealership in Southern California has the best services. Thanks in advance.

 

I will be purchasing a G35c myself soon and would also like to hear some member feedback on which are the better dealerships here in Southern Cal. I will be dealing with Infiniti of Thousand Oaks but know little about their service department and service.

I don't know about the service department at Thousand Oaks. It's the closest/best drive from me so I wish it was good. However, I thought the sales department at TO was crappy and, after twice going there, ended up buying from another dealer. I'm not inclined to trust the service department at a place with bad sales.

 

i go to van nuys dealer ...they are pretty good...very good service

 

Dpending on where you are, but I've had most of my service done at Riverside Infiniti. They're great and very helpful. They've never said anything bad about my mods and always smile. The next Infiniti that I buy will probably come from there. I bought my car at Tustin Infiniti and the purchase was a pain in the a#$, so I never went back there for any service.

You too with Tustin? Tustin Infiniti CAN DIE A HORRIBLE DEATH. I sign all the paperwork then before I can get my car the next day they tell me they sold it.

Anyways I went to Mission Viejo for my service. I recommend them.
