Memory recall problems

I've got a 2006MT fully loaded.
I have 2 keyfobs and a different seat/wheel config for each. 90% of the time it works just fine, but about every other week the seat recall stops working completely. When it stops, nothing fixes it no matter how many times I get out, lock the doors, unlock the doors, manually press the memory buttons. The lights on the 1 and 2 seat positions don't light up like normal, they don't light when I press them, and holding the set button does nothing. It's like the whole system is disconnected. (The seats can still be manually adjusted.) This lasts for 12-24 hours, then all of a sudden the system starts working again like nothing happened. The stored seat positions are still there, and the work correctly with the keypress.

Is there something I'm missing? A switch, or a setting somewhere to disable the memory function of the seats and wheel? Any help is appreciated! thanks,

It's not really bothersome. If it happens once every few weeks but always starts working again then I'm cool with it, if it's something that's going to break then I'd like to get it fixed. I'll mention it next oil change.

Yea that happens to mine too, my bro drives my car sometimes and when I get back in and push the seat memory button to go back to my spot, it doesn't work. Another thing to add to the list when I got back for a oil change
