What could it be? I thought it was the wheels or something, but when i told the dealer about the noise i heard, they said they checked the clutch and said it was fine. What is that noise i'm hearing. It's sorta a squeaking or rubbing noise, that i hear at random times. Clutch down or up.

It'll be one of the links at the rear, probably springs, shocks, or sway bar.
If it's cold where you are, then some water has seeped in and has frozen.
Could also be a dry bushing on the sway bar.
Your dealer should be familiar with issues like that.

it is cold here (nj) but at the time of the squeaking, it was pretty nice for a constant amount of time. BTW.. the squeaking, while not as consistant, is becoming louder.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. LET ME GUESS IT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN YOU GO OVER A COUPLE OF BUMPS AT A TIME AND SOUND LIKE YOUR RAILING SOMEONE IN A BED. AT INFINITI THE MECHANIC SAID IT HAD TO DO WITH SOMETHING BY THE GAS TANK THEY FIXED IT IN UNDER A DAY

I'm having the same problem too. My car is just 700 miles and I had my springs installed in the first day I got the car, so I didn't have the chance to check for the noise before i got springs installed. I had a 5AT before with the same Tein Springs on it and didn't have no noise. It's irritating cause it's hard to know where it's coming from. I just hear it when I'm starting to drive on first gear and I give a little punch or go very low on the rpm's and press on the gas.

At 7,000 miles, I took my '04 coupe in for a problem with a squeak coming from the rear. I noticed that the squeak would stop if I touched (any amount of pressure) the brake pedal. Well, they said it was probably brake dust and that they cleaned it.

I paid for a 7,500 service that I had done at the same time (which included brake inspection).

However, not two weeks latter I noticed it again. Then I realized, I notice it when:
(1) I drive with the radio down or off (as I do when my wife is with me).
(2) I drive with a lot of stopping/going (read: use the brakes more than I do on an open highway).

Well, I took it in again. They said the rear brake pads (Brembos) were glazed. They replaced them under warrantee.

So far, I think it's fixed. But, my question is "Why/How did they get that way?" I don't drive with my foot on the brake. I didn't do any hard braking when I was breaking in the car. I'm wondering if the rotors are warped either as a result or as a cause of the glazed brakes (which apparently were rubbing when they got hot).

My advise, get your rear brakes checked.

 

im not so sure we are talking about the same problem then. I dont have the brembo brakes, but I hear the same noise. I'm just wondering if anyone had any more info on the gas tank issue, I think that seems more like it fits my description of the problem.. I want to know what to tell the service tech when I bring the car in to have them look at it.

I have the same issue. It almost sounds like leather rubbing up against itself, huh? Let me know what you find out.
