I recently bought an 05 Coupe. My wife decided the passenger seat is too low. She wants it to be raised up, like the adjustable driver's seat highest position. Has anyone added a driver's side seat bottom to the passenger side for the height adjustment?

Or, I was thinking maybe a sedan passenger seat bottom frame could be swapped onto the coupe seat which should make it a little higher. I bet the vehicle seat mounting holes are the same on the coupe and sedan, but have not checked the shop manual yet.

Or a welder could make it an inch or 2 taller, by cutting the frame and inserting some more metal.

Anyone done this or have some ideas?
