[QUOTE]^ look for a IP / stone 6MT Premium w/ navi with LOW LOW milage.[QUOTE]

I could have paid less for an 06 with 50k miles, or a car with a dubious history and no maintenance records. But you can't just look at numbers by themselves.
Sure, I might not know what a IP/Stone 6MT goes for in the area and yea I don't know the condition of the car. But lets compare the two cars here (antodiaz, since by description they are both identical except for one being newer, navi, and lower miles). If the two cars were in pretty much the same condition, the inclusion of one year newer, about 40K less miles and navi is in no way worth close to 7K more. For the price jump to be this large, antidiaz car has to be in best at fair condition, but I'll never know and neither does anyone else.

hmm, your first response contains some factual data, which I appreciate. Your second response is a childish insult, not sure what you ate in the 10 minute time frame. I have been to a handful of dealer auto auctions. One thing I do know is the car prices at wholesale and at retail. In that case yea I will never know that some color/interior combo is worth thousands more, but then again is that the true market value? When you go trade this car in will the next dealer inflate his value for your "rare" combination? Will the next guy who doesn't know about these cars pay you extra just for the color combo, all else being equal?

About a year ago I picked up my 03 g35 6MT with all options except Nav. Previous owner put on a 06 bumper and headlights (Projector), clear corners, JWT pop charger, custom exhaust headers, custom plenum, Invidia exhaust, and Nismo short throw shifter. 32000 miles on the odo. Cost me $16,000 out the door. I couldn't say no to that deal!

About a year ago I bought my '03 coupe through Ebay for $14,000. 30,000 miles, AT, nav, satellite, sun roof, just about all the opts I think. Even custom 20" wheels with new tires. It was a steal. Book value at the time was $20,000 +/- so my good fortune probably is not representative of the market. And, in case you are wondering, no, it didn't fall apart 2 days later. :-)

Bought from private owner going through separation from wifey so he was wanting to let it go. Got a 2005 sports package with 86,400 miles and minor body damage for $10,500. After the body work, total invested was about $12,000.

2005 IP coupe 6mt $16.5k

Got it with 55k miles exterior is in excellent condition no dents or scratches interior is excellent as well brand new kumho ecsta new brake pads everything is functional but I bought it in TX and I drove all the way back to FL with no problems thats why I got such a deal the car was always garaged even the headlights looked like brand new that actually I just replaced with 06 projector and got'em sold on ebay for $380 .I got an auto check and a car fax before picking the car up and it had no title issues, no accidents and 2 owners it was totally clean.

I feel ripped off after reading all these posts, anyway i got
04 silver AT coupe everything except navi for 18.7k cad (before tax) with 85k kms in Canada. He wanted 20k. I did shop around and could have easily gotten something for 16k but the condition of these cars is uncomparable.
He did emission test and safety certification.

Bought my Carribean Blue 03 G35 Sedan from an old lady Beverly Hills haha.

$8500 before tax and all that fun stuff that you get to do at the DMV. One owner.. 94k miles. No nav. Bose sound, sun roof, the stock 17 inch alloy rims. Normal stuff.

Had it for a couple months great condition. Been kept up nicely cause she'd take it to the dealership whenever needed and had all the service records for it and etc.

Got it off Craigslist lolol.
