Yeah, it actually wasn't that bad. As soon as I hit the water, it was like hitting a brick wall. I was going like 15-20mph, then when I hit the water, I slowed to like 5mph. It was only a small section of the freeway that was flooded. The right lanes were closed, because that's where it was worst. I basically crawled forward at idle to clear the water, then traffic picked up again.

This particular section of water was calm, it wasn' from a river or anything. (I wouldn't dare cross that type of flodd). This was caused by a failed storm drain on the freeway, and rediculously high water table.
