you cant turn?

or is it really hard to turn?

i think you broke or bent a suspension part. or all your power steering fluid fell out.

check the fluid..

sounds like you threw a belt. You may want to make sure of it before driving. because the serpentine belt for the power steering pump also drives the water pump, and alternator.

I'd guess you busted a belt. Check that out ASAP.. because if you did, you could overheat the car and implode the motor... since our cars have a serpentine.

My dumb ex had this issue doing the exact same thing. The problem for her was the steering fluid overheated and messed up her whole power steering pump or something. Techs advised for her to get one of those steering fluid cooling tanks Stillen and other sites sell, if she continued to do stupid sh*t like that.

Unfortunately these cars are made of cardboard when it comes to aggressive driving and any kind of tricks, etc. So generally you should avoid anything but regular driving on these and maybe going fast (just don't shift like a maniac and screw up the clutch if you can't do it right).

i've done burnouts, drifted, and tracked my car with no issues with the steering fluid

Well, I suggest you stop doing burnouts UNLESS you are doing it in a controlled environment (ie a track or drift event) and even then it is a good idea to have supporting mods to help you keep your car in top condition even after the process. Not to mention, it is extremely expensive and a waste of time.

Just grow out of your immature stage and drive your car.

As for tracking the car, you should try that. It will give you the same rush, in better, safer way. Doing it in a controlled environment is by far the smartest thing you can do. There is no chance of you hurting the general public or getting in any kind of legal trouble. Just my 2 cents.
