What is up with these guys. I ordered psrts a week ago and have not recieved them yet. I email them and they do not respond. I go to view my account and it wont let me in, i get redirected where it says .zooy.com is not in serivce or something like that.

Anyone have experience with these guys

 

Have you tried a phone call? E-mail is not yet 100% perfect especially with all the virus's going around the last few weeks. I have used them with no problems.

I've used them twice with no problems... I prefer them over anyone else. I'm also ordering my front lip from them this week. I never went through e-mail though. I prefer to speak to someone over the phone so there are no mix-ups and I know who to yell at if something goes wrong.

 

I think I ordered mine on a Sunday and received it the following Tuesday.

 

UPDATE

Apparently both of my (clear coreners and front chin) were not in stock and will be sent out in a few days. No reason why I cant log in.

I had to call to find this out.

Wheres the coustemer service: send me an email or call me they took all that info down and let me know its gonna be 2 weeks or so. dam. Im not expecting that much
