Paint-match, painting the bumper?!

Paint-match, painting the bumper?!
I'm planning to purchase an 07 Sport Bumper for my 05 coupe.
I was told by two local mechanics they will need to spray onto the hood and fenders to get the paint to blend and match. Otherwise it will be extremely easy to see that it was repainted because the paint won't match, any suggestions or comments? How did you folks get it done?
Should I purchase the paint and provide it for my painter, or just let him mix it and do it?
Thanks!

Otherwise you'll be able to see the bumper was painted, as the color match isn't perfect.
How much does a front bumper paint job run at your shop?
I'm extremely interested, and looking to order the bumper and skirts shortly.

What he said, the OEM bumpers don't match exactly either.
I had my bumper done over 2 yrs ago, and they matched it better than the factory paint......And my paint is three stage....so its probably the hardest to match.
I'll Attach a couple pics so you can see....
And heres a Pic of the rear bumper with OEM finish

just go to a proper shop.
IP is a very difficult color to match cuz its a 3 stage color but any experienced body shop will be able to do it without a problem
Especially with a OEM bumper.
Here some pix of my NISMO (aftermarket) bumper. And as you can see the paint matches quite well without spraying over my hood or fenders.

This is a great post, b/c I'm in the same position (or similar) and maybe you guys can help me out as well?
My situation:
1.) I plan on getting an after market front lip (haven't finalized which one - no matter anyways for this post).
2.) My 2003 OEM bumper is not HORRID (Rock Chips etc), but to me, if I'm going to get a new front lip, I want to purchase a NEW OEM front bumper and have it looking perfect and get a Clear Bra on it and the lip, so it will stay that way for awhile - or hope so...
My Issue:
When I got the Key Hole Cover (ESCUTHEON or whatever), I noticed that my Brilliant Silver paint job has actually LIGHTENED over the years! The key hole cover is SLIGHTLY darker, but not too bad....but enough for me to notice since I'm so picky! HA!
So my question:
Can a paint shop (a good one) be able to paint a brand new OEM 2003 Bumper and a fitted front lip and be able to blend it in to my existing paint, *IF* my paint has LIGHTENED some???
I'm just worried that the lighter silver and darker silver where my front bumper and fenders line up and touch will be VERY noticeable.
Any suggestions, experiences of the same issue, resolutions?
Thanks so much Guys!
