I have a 2003 G35 Coupe and I starting to get failure of some components.

Factory radio - error code - wont play CD wont eject CD's been told CD player is DOA. no NAv system- Bose system

Passenger door window stick - need to wack it to get it to move then it moves slowly. tried lub with silicone no help

overhead interior light - is out but there is power to the panel and the bulbs do work when attached to different power source.

how difficult is it to remove the factory radio I want to connect RC cable to use my Ipod until I replace the radio. (just haven't found one that i like)

where can I get a Service & Repair manual that is worth the money?

I love the Car.

Sorry bro cant help so far, dont own one yet. But this isnt really pushing me towards getting one!

1. radio is a commen problem among the blose audio, i tihnk you need to go to a dealer or get a aftermarket one

2.the window motor is also a problem. keep it up and dont put it down because it might never come back up . take it to a dealer..i think they will charge alot because your not under warrenty

3. is it just the overhead interior light? or is the the sunvisor lights, ignition light too?

if its the sunvisor light and the iginition light, disconnect your negative battery terminal for 2 minutes and put it back on and check if they work.

if they dont work check the fuse block.

I can't really add much to this except that I haven't had any radio issues or overhead light issues. But both of my window motors went out. Thankfully swapped em out still under warranty. Also look out for your seat tracks. If your seat is creeking or squeaking you might have a busted rail. That was the last thing that was fixed on mine under warranty. I still have like a month or so left on it but still have the drive train for another 2 years I believe. I would probably take it to the dealer and see what they can do. Hopefully some or most is still warranty items. Good luck.

Well I have no radio issues. So cant help there.

My window seems to start acting up and warranty is over and heard its expensive, so will see what I do later.

Also no issues with these lights.

Ipod connection and difficulty taking the radio out is not that hard. It can all be done in 1 to 2 hrs. Go to g35ipod.com and you can see for yourself.

And I am looking for some repair manual myself, so when u find some let me know.

I use a tape deck adapter to link play my Ipod through the car stereo. It is not real pretty but sounds great. 10.00-20.00 dollars depending on where you buy one.

 

I use to have 03 6mt ( miss that car ) I have the same problems take to the dealer they will fix everything. Now I have 06 5at not that much fun but less ticket. Good luck.
